Smoked Mackerel & Beetroot Salad

- 200 g smoked mackerel fillets
- 200 g mixed salad leaves
- 250 g beetroot pickled in vinegar
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 100 ml creme fraiche
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 400 g cooked lentils 1 tin
Remove the skin from the mackerel fillets and then flake into a mixing bowl.
Cut the beetroots into 1/8s and then add to the mixing bowl along with all the other ingredients other than the salad leaves and mix together well.
Serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves.
