- 300 g blackberries
- 0.5 lemon zested and juiced
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp orange juice
Add the two thirds of the blackberries, sugar, lemon zest and orange juice to a small pan and bring up to a simmer and then cook stiring for 10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add the remaing blackberries and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, take off of the heat and leave to cool.
