Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in boiling water along with the juiced and zested lemon halves.
Meanwhile heat the olvice oil on a medium heat and then add the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the lemon zest and cook for another minute before adding half the lemon juice and cooking for 2 more minutes.
When the pasta is done add to the frying pan along with a little of the retained cooking water. Add the cheese and remaining lemon juice and mix until combined. Serve and garnish with the parsley.
