Limequat Gin Sour

Ingredients
- 30 ml limequat juice about 4
- 100 ml gin
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 30 g egg white about 1 medium egg
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the cocktail shaker and then plenty of ice (enough to come above the alcohol line) and then shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into 2 cocktail glasses and serve.
