Tomatillo Salsa Verde
A raw green salsa of blitzed tomatillo, coriander and lime, sharp and fresh.

Ingredients
- 0.5 limes juiced
- 0.5 tsp brown sugar
- 100 g tomatillos roughly chopped
- 10 g fresh coriander roughly chopped
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in the mixing bowl and season well with a salt, tasting as you go and adding more lime or sugar too, if needed.
