Tomatillo Soda
Servings 1 drink
Ingredients
- 100 g tomatillos roughly chopped
- 10 ml lime juice
- 100 ml soda water
- 5 g agarve nectar
Instructions
- Blend the tomatillos to a paste and then strain to extract the juice into a glass. Add the agarve and the lime juice to the glass and mix. Top up with the soda water and a few cubes of ice.
