Gochujang Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 chicken legs also works with thighs, drumsticks or wings
- 40 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cm ginger peeled
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 0.5 tsp black pepper ground
- 1 tsp seasame seeds
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients apart from the chicken legs and the seasame seeds to a food processor and blend until smooth to make the marinade. Rub the marinade into the chicken legs and leave for at least 1 hour.
- Pre-heat the oven to 200C/180C fan, place the chicken legs in a roasting tray and bake for 1 hour basting every 20 minutes with the released juices. Once cooked garnish with the sesame seeds and then serve.
