Rhubarb Floradora
A long gin cocktail with rhubarb syrup, lime and ginger beer.

Ingredients
- 50 ml gin
- 25 ml lime juice fresh
- 12.5 ml rhubarb syrup
- 100 ml ginger beer
Instructions
- To build the drink, pour the gin, lime juice and syrup into a highball glass filled with ice, top with ginger beer, and serve.
